Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a hassle-free refund process.

Eligibility for Refund:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  

How to Request a Refund:

1. Email us at matiyala.pk@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, ship the item to the following address:
   DHA Phase 2, 12th South Street, Karachi, Pakistan
3. Provide us with the tracking details after shipping.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
